What happens to what you send us
Short version: the two forms on this site — the restoration request and the "we buy antiques" inquiry — are the only places it collects anything. What you send goes straight to the shop and is used to answer you. Nothing is sold, shared or advertised against.
What the forms collect
When you send a restoration request or a selling inquiry, the site records:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give one
- The kind of piece (or category of item) and your description of it
- Up to three photographs, if you choose to attach any
- The date and time the message was received
Nothing else. There is no account to create, and neither form asks for payment details of any kind.
Where it goes
Straight into a Cloudflare database belonging to the shop. Only the shop's own signed-in email addresses can read it. It is not published anywhere on this site — restoration requests and selling inquiries are never publicly readable.
If you attach photographs, each one is resized in your own browser before it is sent, and stored inside that same database record. Nothing is uploaded to any separate image host or third-party service.
What it is used for
Answering your message, and nothing else — contacting you about the piece, discussing what the work or the sale would involve, and following up. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or added to a marketing list.
Tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. Fonts are the ones already on your device — nothing is fetched from an outside font service. If you never use the form, nothing about your visit is recorded.
Links away from here
The site links to the shop's listings on Yelp and Facebook and to its eBay and Shopify storefronts. Those are other companies' websites with their own privacy practices, which this notice does not cover. Nothing from any of them is loaded or embedded into this site — they are plain links you choose to follow.
Keeping and deleting
Requests and inquiries are kept while they are being handled and for as long as the shop finds them useful for reference. If you want yours deleted, or want to see what was recorded, call the shop at (425) 226-8427 and ask.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
